Terms and Conditions of Booking

Online or Bank Transfer Bookings

1.1. The booking of tours and activities is confirmed only after the receipt of the full payment.
1.2. Payments can be made online through the methods indicated on our website or via bank transfer.
1.3. Instructions for the bank transfer will be provided when the booking request is made. The booking will be considered valid once the payment has been actually credited to our account.
1.4. After receiving the payment, an official confirmation will be sent via email. This confirmation represents the finalization of the booking.

Non-Refundable Policy

2.1. All payments made for the booking of tours or activities are non-refundable.
2.2. Failure to participate in the tour, for any reason, does not entitle to a full or partial refund of the amount paid.
2.3. In case of cancellation by the customer, the amount paid will not be refunded, nor can it be transferred to other activities or dates.

Changes or Cancellations

3.1. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, unforeseen events, etc.). In such cases, an alternative date or credit for future activities will be offered.
3.2. Any request for modification by the customer will be subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Responsibility

4.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct information at the time of booking (e.g., contact details, dietary preferences, medical restrictions).
4.2. We disclaim any responsibility for damages, losses, or accidents occurring during the tour, except in cases of direct negligence on our part.

Acceptance of Terms

5.1. By proceeding with the booking and payment, the customer expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
